Meet The Team
Sarah

Thanks for being here! I'm Sarah and I started Brandly after working directly for Ecommerce agencies and big brands for the last 15 years. My personal passions are simple pleasures; spending time with my growing family, walkies with our good girl Dottie, laughs with my lifetime friends. I'm a seasoned, TV series binger, a 3 hour film you say?! I don't think so... but 8, 1 hour episodes of anything one after the other, immediately... sign me up! I'm the same with a book, why read one chapter a night when you can stay up until 3am, consuming as much as possible? I think that explains a lot about me, actually. As I'm navigating my way through parenthood, adulthood and the neighbourhood, I've become increasingly aware of how my chosen career path can sometimes be at odds with my personal choices & preferences. We all want to consume things immediately (see above) but at the same time, I care deeply about what future there will be for the generations after us. I have a unique ability to take complex business problems and turn them into lucrative ecommerce offerings, big brands have been paying me to do it for years, to take all of that learning and apply it to brands that have a purpose beyond profit, to do better, to pave the way for our long term consumerism, is my ultimate career goal. I'm so excited to talk to you about your business and how we can work together to do great things. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
Susan

I’m Susan and I bring over 20 years worth of commercially focused business development to the team. I have a number of household brand names littering my CV from independents through to nationals and global brands as both an employee and consultant for B2B and B2C, so I am well versed in navigating the highs of retail, and I can empathise with those living through the inevitable challenges. That’s the thing about retail isn’t it – it’s built for the passionate, not those who crave an easy life, absolutely no half measures. So if you’re going all in, then why not make it count for a more positive future? According to the British Retail Consortium, the industry is the largest private sector employer so when you have a reach like that it’s a responsibility not to be a shyster. I can apply my knowledge and experience to make a measurable difference. Breathe… When I’m not soap boxing about improving things, you can find me chilling with my little family – hanging out at the park or figuring out the complexities of child development stages - or working on my personal fitness. So if you have a nag at the back of your mind to get onto a better path for your consumer and the next generation or you’re already making your way and need some support then I’m all ears.
